Document Generation

The Document Generation widget allows you to quickly create and send documents to clients based on information from kommoCRM (deal, contact and company fields). Documents in docx, pdf or Google Doc formats are generated using templates created on Google Drive.

Key features and capabilities of the widget:

• Document generation is performed by substituting variables from kommoCRM into the selected template and creating a new document in docx, pdf or Google Doc format;
• Matching deal, contact and company variables with the variable name used in the template; you can select a constant, such as an address, company name, etc.;
• Adding and removing document counters, changing their current value;
• Viewing the document generation history;
• Selecting the file save format — docx, pdf, Google Doc, or “always ask”;
• Selecting a deal, contact or company field to save the link to the generated document; the “always overwrite value” option;
• Generating a download link for the created document and a link to view it online;
• Working in manual mode from a deal or contact, or via the digital funnel.
