Mass Create Leads

The widget allows you to quickly enter leads for cold calling and automates the routine process of creating leads for existing contacts/companies.

This widget is suitable for companies:

• - uploading/receiving potential customer data from third‑party sources. For example: you uploaded a list of companies from a file using amo’s standard tools. During upload, you set a tag, then filtered the company list by that tag. Using the widget, you can quickly and easily create new leads for new companies/contacts. Then, using the "Lead Distribution" widget from bizandsoft, you can distribute the leads among managers.
• - needing to create leads for previously created contacts and companies. For example: you need to create leads for existing contacts (to offer an update or an additional service). You open the contact list, select the required items, then choose Mass Create Leads. You create the leads and distribute them among managers.

Key features and capabilities of the widget:

1. Select companies/contacts for lead creation. Selection is made from the general list window; you can apply standard filters when selecting.
2. Choose a responsible person and sales funnel stage for new leads.
3. Specify field values for the leads being created.
4. Add tags to the lead being created.
5. Select any stage for lead creation, including the “Unsorted” stage.
