Monitoring

While working in kommoCRM, you sometimes need to check when and how many times managers access a lead, a contact record, or a company record. This can only be done if the Monitoring widget is installed. The widget integrates into the kommoCRM interface and checks which user has accessed a lead and/or contact and/or company, collects statistics, and creates a note in the entity (can be disabled).

Key features and capabilities of the widget:

• Widget settings are only available to the administrator;
• Select users for whom statistics should be collected;
• Choose entities where user login notes are recorded (lead and/or contact and/or company);
• Ability to disable notes;
• Ability to view statistics on user logins to contacts, companies, and leads with filters (date, entities, users), including IP addresses from which logins were made.
