Related Leads

The widget is designed to find other leads by the main contact and perform various actions on both the found leads and the current one according to a template set in the settings. This widget can be used to control duplicates or copies of leads for the same contact within selected stages, in one or several funnels. For example, if there are other current leads found for a contact, you can:

• Merge leads with the option to select a criterion for merging;
• Add the "duplicate" tag to the found lead;
• Set a task in the found leads like "check the relevance of leads, close if necessary";
• In the new lead, set a task like "keep one lead, close duplicates";
• Close the new lead and set a task in the found one like "client has shown interest".
