Website Integration tracks contact duplicates when new contacts are automatically created via website forms.

Key features and capabilities of the widget:

• Duplicate contact check by phone and/or email. If such a contact already exists, the system uses it instead of creating duplicate contacts;
• Check for existing leads associated with the found contact. If a lead exists, the system adds a note to the lead and creates a task for the inquiry — but avoids creating duplicate leads. You can set restrictions by pipelines and statuses to search only within specified ones;
• Load balancing integration: solves the issue of mass website inquiries (prevents situations where the system accepts some inquiries but blocks others due to load limits). With our service, all inquiries are delivered to amoCRM;
• Depending on inquiry parameters, you can configure the system to assign different tags, place inquiries in different pipelines, or even send them to different kommoCRM accounts;
• Option to choose how the system should process phone numbers starting with zero. These numbers can now be automatically recognized as Ukrainian numbers, UAE numbers, or kept unchanged in their original format;
• .csv file data import with duplicate control.
